The Smart B, BP and BPT series prefilters are designed for domestic and commercial installations with a municipal water supply. They are made with a stainless steel mesh and have a filtration degree of 90 microns.

They protect the entire installation against suspended particles, sand, repair residues in the public network and small metal particles dragged along by water, as well as against the problems that corrosion can cause due to the sedimentation of different materials. They also protect appliances, washing machines, dishwashers, heaters, boilers, etc.

The Smart Prefilter is a central water purification pre-filter to protect your terminal equipment and appliances such as downstream pipelines, water purifiers, water heaters, wall-hung boilers, dishwashers, washing machines, and showerheads. It protects and extends the life of your standard filters by removing the large dirt, sand, and rust particles before they reach the rest of your plumbing system.

An integrated Auto Flushing Module enables the system to flush automatically on a preset schedule. Use the HD touch screen to adjust flushing frequency, ranging from 1-99 days, and flush runtime(choose from 15, 30, 45, 60, or 90 seconds). Thanks to its size and auto flushing module(easy maintenance), Smart prefilter takes water purification as well as plumbing and appliances protection to the next level.

How working Automatic Smart prefilter

Pre-filters of the BP range have a built-in regulator that guarantees a constant pressure throughout the installation, preventing appliances from overpressure and from breaking down prematurely (dishwasher and washing machine pumps, solenoid valves, etc.), which would force us to make expensive repairs. Your water treatment specialist will regulate the pressure in function of the installation in your home.

Smart prefilters do not use conventional polypropylene, polyester, etc. cartridges, which must be replaced every time they get dirty. A mesh, on the other hand, can last many years depending on the quality of the water. This translates into greater savings and less waste generation.

The prefilters of the BPT range are the most complete in the series. In addition to a pressure regulator, they include an intelligent touch control module that parametrizes their operation and programs them to perform automatic washes.
